Spark Foundry (Publicis): SuitUp Business Challenge 2025

In partnership with Paramount Advertising, I event managed the planning and execution of Spark Serves’ annual SuitUp competition in New York, designed to increase career readiness for underserved students. The event engaged 28 students from Hillcrest High School, fostering creativity and entrepreneurial skills while introducing them to the advertising industry and potential career paths.

Key highlights:

  • Coordinated participation of 20 employees, with 19 volunteering on the event day.

  • Organized a full day of programming, including a catered breakfast, pizza lunch, and Wendy’s Frostys as an afternoon treat.

  • Oversaw logistics to ensure a seamless experience for both students and volunteers.

  • Secured a $6,500 donation from Paramount Advertising to support SuitUp’s mission, helping expand opportunities for students in underserved communities through immersive business competitions.

The event received strong engagement, with students gaining valuable exposure to the corporate world and employees contributing meaningfully to community impact initiatives.
