Spark Foundry (Publicis): SuitUp Business Challenge 2024
In partnership with Spark Foundry, I led the planning and execution of the 2024 Suit Up Boot Camp in New York, a Spark Serves Q1 event designed to increase career readiness for students in underserved communities. This dynamic business competition paired 19 volunteers from Spark Foundry and Paramount Advertising with 25 students from City Knoll Middle School, challenging them to develop a creative marketing campaign for Wendy’s new Orange Dreamsicle Frosty.
Key Highlights:
Volunteers guided students in building business plans, fostering essential skills in teamwork, communication, and public speaking.
Each team pitched their campaign ideas—ranging from “Orange Dream House” to the winning “Dreamsicle Spice Meal”—to a panel of judges from Paramount and Spark Foundry.
The event included a catered breakfast and lunch, creating an engaging, supportive environment for students.
Paramount Advertising amplified the event’s impact with a $6,500 donation to SuitUp, extending business competition coaching to an additional 420 students beyond the event day.
The program achieved remarkable results: 100% of participating students reported greater confidence in their career prospects, and all volunteers agreed the event made a positive community impact.
This partnership successfully combined education, creativity, and corporate social responsibility to inspire students to envision new possibilities for their futures.
