National Coming Out Day – Paramount x Mindshare LGBTQIA+ Partnership Event
I event managed a dynamic event in celebration of National Coming Out Day, co-hosted by Paramount Advertising and Mindshare, designed to champion LGBTQIA+ inclusion and directly support homeless LGBTQIA+ youth through a partnership with the Ali Forney Center.
Key Highlights:
Meaningful Engagement: Combined an inspiring speaker session with hands-on volunteer activities, where participants packed 60 snack tote bags, crafted 30 personalized birthday cards, and donated 200 blank cards to recognize and uplift LGBTQIA+ youth.
Community Impact: Paramount Advertising amplified the event’s reach with donations tied to attendance, resulting in a $900 contribution—funding 360 meals for LGBTQIA+ youth experiencing homelessness at the Ali Forney Center.
Educational Integration: Incorporated LGBTQIA+ audience insights and interactive rolling slides, connecting the event’s purpose to attendees’ work in media and highlighting Paramount’s commitment to inclusivity.
Strong Participation & Feedback: 88 Donation Offer scans reflected strong engagement; surveys showed average satisfaction scores of 5/5 and 100% willingness to attend future events. Participants praised the unique opportunity to give back while learning about the Ali Forney Center’s mission.
Strategic Promotion: Customized RSVP pages, targeted internal announcements, and reminders drove participation, while on-site branding reinforced Paramount’s sponsorship and social impact commitment.
