Pride Paint N Pour – Paramount x Mindshare LGBTQIA+ Celebration

I event managed the Pride Paint N Pour, a vibrant celebration co-hosted by Paramount Advertising and Mindshare during Pride Month, blending art, community, and charitable impact. This colorful event brought the LGBTQIA+ rainbow to life through creative expression and meaningful support for LGBTQIA+ causes.

Key Highlights:

  • Celebrity Guest: Featured RuPaul’s Drag Race star Jackie Cox, who mingled with attendees and elevated the celebration with photos and conversation.

  • Local Partnerships: Collaborated with Canvas Culture, a Black and LGBTQIA+-owned art company, to provide customized Pride-themed canvas sketches, and Fonda, a minority and Queer-owned NYC restaurant, for food and drinks.

  • Charitable Impact: Raised $2,130 through Paramount Advertising’s Donation Offer QR codes, benefiting Point of Pride, The Trevor Project, and SAGE—funding 247 crisis services, 128 meals for LGBTQIA+ elders, and 43 chest binders for trans youth and adults.

  • Engaged Attendance: Donation Offer received 186 scans, with 13 thank you notes from participants expressing appreciation for the event’s impact.

  • Positive Feedback: Surveys reflected average satisfaction scores of 4.3–4.5/5, with 100% of respondents wanting to attend future events. Attendees highlighted the empowering atmosphere, engaging activities, and opportunity to give back.

  • Strategic Promotion: Boosted participation through custom event flyers and coordinated social media promotion across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

This event showcased how creative, inclusive experiences can celebrate LGBTQIA+ identities while delivering tangible support for community organizations.
