To honor World Mental Health Day, I supported the planning, promotion, and internal communications strategy for Bye-Bye, Burnout—a virtual DE&I event featuring Wall Street Journal best-selling author and illustrator Liz Fosslien. The program focused on recognizing and managing anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism in the workplace.
