To support working parents within the Paramount community, I helped plan and promote Braving the Back to School Season—a wellness-focused DE&I panel designed to address the challenges of pandemic-era parenting. Hosted in collaboration with the ParentHood ERG, the event featured candid conversations on navigating back-to-school stress, managing mental health, and creating balance during a transitional season.

The hybrid event offered practical tips, emotional support, and peer insights from Paramount parents, followed by a casual networking session. Through intentional messaging, targeted outreach, and an inclusive tone, this activation reinforced Paramount’s commitment to supporting employee well-being both at work and at home.

Key Outcomes:

• Engaged 100+ employee parents across departments and ERGs

• Sparked meaningful dialogue around parenting, resilience, and work-life balance
